Well today i got my lanyard and staff sergeant rank! finally achieved this aim of mine! feels good
Senior Spec Course Juliet 2 Section 1.
First day:
Wakes up and bus comes.takes 965. then meet adam and khairil who are at mac and enjoy breakfast. I very blur, went into the wrong platoon! hahahaha then finally go to the right one. Sir Poon Yu Da in charge of my platoon. he's good. really. read on. K first day we just go and we get to sit on chairs. Its damn boring. really. Sit down and then listen to talks by sir roslan who also does the same effect as mrs tay. i fell asleep sia. then we had lunch. Then we were taught how to conduct our mutuals and that's about it for day one. nv got to know anyone yet.
Second day:
managed to chase the 83 bus. Then zoom forward to day 2. k today is the start of the tests.. arms drill first then i'm the only one teaching rusok senjata from the hormat position sia. but it was ok. sir poon's 3 rules to passing= eye contact, confidence, fault checking. SCLT mdm li ting took us and haha the Scoop squad was in action. Sgt Teri tan from Katong Convent and Sgt Jim Tan Poh Keong both got matchmaked by the sirs. Hahahaha so funny when they made fun of them..After our arms drill mutuals we had lunch then it was time for another lecture.but i was cauht sleeping and made to eat 2 oranges before the lecture started. Some USM duties thing which i had haq paid attention to. Then it was pace stick. This thick stick that usually only rsm need to learn then we all just learn for fun. Its not fun sticking that thick stick in your left armpit at all! luckily clt hafizuddin was kind to us. That night ended really late. Sir poon said he would tear the certs of all those who came late the next day.
Third Day(today)
caught the 83 again then reached yio chu lang really early at 6.30. waited till 7 then went to camp alone. Woohoo last day. then the frighteneing thing happened. Jim's late. sir poon tears his cert! my god. we were all shocked. sir poon suddenly changed! then we all kenna fierce marching then we did our foot drill mutuals. once again me odd one out taught tukalangkah..then it was all done then we went for lecture on supernumery things. Then it was a lecture on how senior specs should behave and stuff. then it was lunch. Then it was rehearsal for POP! hahah it was all a trick! sir poon printed an extra blank cert with jim's name on it and tore it. hahha the real ones were all intact. He passes all of us. And teri and jim r often made fun of. Then we had the not tat long POP but still a bit long. Then the best moment when sir put the lanyard on. Shiok man the feeling. Then khairil got best in company! hahah must get him to treat. Well, hamka to me didn't deserve the platoon best.i think cos his father is sir roslan tat's why he get. teri was disappointed. well after tat we went home after shaking hands wif all these frens we had made the past 3 days. Shiok man finally staff sergeant. well time to start on holiday homework le. sian.
